Care and small jobs

A five-minute filter clean saves a service call.

Rohan knows what each kind of thing needs — the AC's filters, the geyser's descaling, the RO's membrane, the car's PUC — and tells you when and how, in plain steps.

Cleaning an air-conditioner filter at home.

Steps, not lectures.

Switch off at the wall. Lift the panel. Slide the filters out. A short video when it helps.

Done writes itself down.

Mark a care task done and it goes on the thing’s service history.

The honest line on pro jobs.

Gas, LPG, high-voltage, structural: Rohan tells you it's a licensed professional's job first, then answers. A smell of gas gets the emergency steps before anything else.

A care task, as the app shows it

  1. Lift the filters out — most unclip without tools.
  2. Soak in very hot water with detergent, or boil with a spoon of baking soda.
  3. Dry completely before refitting.

The chimney’s “Degrease the filters”, every two months. Mark it done and it goes on the chimney’s service history.

Will you help me with gas, electrical or structural work?

I will answer, and I will say first that it is a licensed professional's job. Gas connections, cylinders, regulators and AC refrigerant, high-voltage electrical and structural work all sit in that group. If you can smell gas, turn the regulator off, open the windows and call your supplier before anything else. I can be wrong, so take safety precautions before doing any pro-level work yourself.
