· Up to N people is who each plan is built for, not a limit — invite everyone who lives there.
· A “thing” is anything with a bill or a warranty: the fridge, the phone, the car.
· One AI scan reads up to three photos of one bill. A room walk is one video of up to 2 minutes.
· Every plan: 4 photos on a thing, and a document up to 10 MB.
· Cancel any time. Periods count from your billing date. A plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for and isn't refunded — Refunds.
· Prices are before GST; GST is added when you pay.
· Export everything, delete everything, no ads — on every plan. The same assistant, the same answers, on every plan.

You can still see, edit and get reminders for everything. To add another, move to Plus or remove one you no longer own.
No. One plan covers the home; everyone in it shares it.
Nothing is deleted. You keep everything on record; if you're over Starter's limits you can view and export but not add. Plus stays until the end of the period you've paid for, and you're not charged again — there's no refund for the rest of a month or a year.
Yes, and we'll tell you a month before. Homes that joined during launch keep Plus until then.
